We take care to protect the privacy of customers and users of the Calder Conferences and World of Travel website and our booking and profile tools; 'the Site'. Set out below is an explanation of how we use and protect the information about visitors to the Site. By using this Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If we update or modify the Privacy Policy, we will post the changes on this page so that you will always have the ability to know what information we collect, how we use the information and under what circumstances we deliver the information. Your continued use of this Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Information collected about you
There are several areas on our Site where we request information from you. We use the information you provide to deliver the services that you request, to bill for services rendered, enhance your visit to our Site or to follow up with you after your visit, or respond to other communications from you.
We will only collect your personal information, including name, address, phone number, email address, credit card information, other demographic details etc., when you provide it to us, and it will only be used for the purposes for which you provide it. If you are a registered user you information will be stored in the Profile area of the Site. The information you provide to us will be kept confidential and used only by us, your employer and our third party providers as necessary to fulfil the requests you make of us.
Your personally identifiable information will not be passed to any third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.
We collect your information as follows:
We collect your company name, member ID and password when you register to become a member of our Site. Each time you access our Site, you will be asked to enter this information.
We collect additional information about you and your traveller preferences, including seat selection, frequent flyer/hotel/car rental programs, and membership numbers and ticketing options. This information is stored in the profile section of the Site.
For the reservations process we will ask for your name, email address and other relevant personal information that may be required for us to process your requests and issue tickets. This information will be supplied to travel suppliers where required to comply with APIS or other Immigration or Security situations or government requests where they occur.
We collect the billing address of the credit card that is used to purchase travel, where appropriate. We will collect credit card information including card number, card type, cardholder name, and expiration date, so that the appropriate travel vendors may bill you for travel arranged through the Site.
We may collect information, such as your name, member ID and e-mail address whenever you submit question or suggestion to us or request assistance from us.
Your right to choose/access to your information
Any information that we collect from you on the Site is information that you specifically and voluntarily provide. Upon request, we will take reasonable efforts to provide you with access to your information to review it for accuracy and make any modifications that you deem appropriate. You may choose not to provide any or all of the information that is requested on the Site. In the event that you no longer want us to process or utilise your information in accordance with this privacy policy, please contact Calder and World of Travel at enquiries@calders.org.uk and inform us of this choice.
Use of your information
Except as explained herein, the information that you provide to us through the Site will not be sold, shared or rented to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation. With your permission we may send you relevant information and offers on behalf of 3rd party organisations. We may share your information with a third party acting as our agent to provide and process the services you request. Such third parties shall subscribe to the privacy principles in this privacy policy. We may also share aggregated customer information such as statistics about our customers, traffic patterns and related Site information, with our business partners and other reputable vendors, but such aggregated information will not contain any personally identifying information of any users of the Site. Additionally, we may disclose or access your information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

In some cases, we may collect information about you that is not personally identifiable. Examples of this type of information include, but are not limited to, the frequency of your use of the Site and the route by which you choose to access the Site and your use of any available hyperlinks. You may receive occasional email or telephone calls from us. These communications will be informational and service oriented only and will not be solicitations. You also may receive a call to follow up on a service issue you may have experienced or to confirm any modifications to your information. Your privacy will continue to be protected during these communications. You will not receive any communications from us regarding any commercial offers or advertisements at any time without your consent.
The security of your information
We strive to protect the privacy of the information that you share with us. We have undertaken reasonable efforts to implement security measures designed to protect all data we collect against unauthorised access. We utilise the industry standard security measures available through your browser, so that it is unlikely that your information can be read as it travels over the Internet.
