Leeds is the perfect central location and extremely easy to reach by both road and rail. If you have delegates coming from further afield the award-winning Leeds Bradford Airport is just 20 mins from the City Centre. One of the most vibrant cities in the country, it has idyllic parks, countryside and walks, it is after all, part of God’s Own County of Yorkshire.
Leeds is the UK’s fastest growing city with a £64.6 billion economy, a combined population of 3 million and a workforce of 1.37 million. Over the next ten years, the economy is forecast to grow by 21%. Companies based in Leeds include Asda Group, First Direct, Centrica, Ventura, BT, Direct Line Group and Yorkshire Bank. The city is home to three internationally recognised universities, one of the largest further education colleges in the UK and Europe’s largest teaching hospital trust.

City Centre Venues
DoubleTree by Hilton Leeds City Centre
Located in Granary Wharf, a couple of minutes from Leeds Station Southern Entrance, beside the historic Leeds and Liverpool Canal. This is the perfect location for your team’s next meeting or conference.

This venue is in a prime location in the bustling business hub of the city centre and within 5 minutes walk of Leeds Train Station or there’s on-site parking if you decide to travel by car.
Take advantage of a dedicated meeting floor with 7 meeting rooms and capacity for up to 100 delegates. There’s plenty of overnight accommodation available and an on-site gym if your colleagues want to take care of their well-being.
Other Venues
The city centre is buzzing but there are plenty of other options. All these venues are accessible via public transport, but may be a better option if your colleagues are travelling by car as they each have plenty of parking.
Craiglands Hotel Ilkley
The Craiglands Hotel has been welcoming people from around the world for more than 150 years. With modern and versatile facilities that can accommodate from 2 up to 500 delegates, with each conference tailored to the individual needs of the delegates. Ilkley is easy to reach making Craiglands the perfect choice for your business needs. Reach Ilkely via the A65, with nearby motorway connections on the M62 and A1(M), via good rail links and flights into Leeds Bradford Airport for international conference delegates.
This unique venue offers immediate access to the incredible Ilkley Moor, why not go for a hike and do some team-building? Local company The Mountain Boardroom can facilitate a team well-being session and guide you through the spectacular local scenery.
Village Hotels - Leeds North and Leeds South
Leeds has two Village Hotels. Both have fantastic purpose-built event spaces for large events and conferences, business suites and plenty of overnight accommodation.
There is lots of parking, flexible catering options and a Starbucks coffee shop on each site. If you’d like to relax and unwind after a day of focussing on learning and development, then there’s a gym complete with a full-sized pool and spa.
Village South is easily accessible from the M62, and Village North is close to the academic hubs of the various universities in the city as well as Headingley Stadium.
Oulton Hall
Let your colleagues soak up the one-of-a-kind atmosphere of this historic mansion nestled in acres of landscaped gardens. It’s the spectacular setting that transports you and your team away from the day-to-day grind of the office.
